Does my card work without a subscription?
Yes. Every card comes with the Standard plan, with no time limit: profile, QR code, contact saving and the plan’s other features.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime from your account: a higher plan applies right away (you only pay the difference until renewal), a lower plan at renewal.
How do I cancel?
From your customer area, in one click. Your cards go back to Standard at renewal; nothing is lost.
Can I have cards on different plans?
Yes, the plan is chosen card by card. Team features require every card in the account to have the plan that includes them.
